We are an established and growing restoration general contractor that specializes in rebuilding and restoring residential buildings after a flood, fire, or other natural disaster. We are seeking a Mitigation Restoration Supervisor to join our team. The Mitigation Restoration Supervisor drives our field operations to deliver exceptional service to our clients. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily project execution, manage field crews and subcontractors, and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. From initial estimation to final project delivery, you will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of Mitigation Restoration Technicians and subcontractors.
  • Operations Management: Oversee site safety, work quality, and production standards throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  • Technical Execution: Deploy, monitor, and remove restoration equipment; interpret project scopes to facilitate timely completions.
  • Data & Analytics: Calculate psychometric and moisture readings, track equipment usage, and manage data entry within PSA and Encircle software.
  • Client Relations: Communicate project updates directly with the insured (homeowners/business owners), providing clarity and peace of mind.
  • Estimating & Sales: Formulate accurate project estimates and communicate the value of our specialized services to potential clients.
  • Emergency Response: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide critical emergency services during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED with 2–4 years of related restoration experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Ability to write routine reports/correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as proportions, percentages, area, volume, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
  • Strong common-sense reasoning to execute written or oral instructions and resolve variable, real-world field issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning industry-specific software.

Required Certifications & Licenses:
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
  • Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
  • Odor Control Technician (OCT)
  • Leather / Hard Surface Cleaning
  • Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
  • Ozone, Chemical, and other specialty certifications
